You not only quoted, but processed my order before the other suppliers called me back. You were competitive, more than that friendly and cut my lead time by four weeks!

Jon, The DVD you sent me on this product was a good selling point. I was impressed with the impact resistant tests. I have yet to try the baseball and golfball test, but my wife has tested the rock test. I have not finished landscaping around the fence and my wife was mowing and hit a rock, slinging it right at the fence. It was a golf ball size rock and hit the fence pretty hard. It didn't even scratch it. If I had vinyl, I would already be replacing a panel. I love it! It is a great product!!

“Jon was a great help in examining a drawing I came up with outlining where I wanted to place my new fence. He made very helpful suggestions regarding the placement of posts, gates, etc. and did a great job in coming up with the exact amount of material I needed to order – since I was installing a PVC fence versus a wood fence it was really important to have the correct amount of material on hand for the installer. When I made a change in the layout plan after ordering the material Jon did his best to ensure the additional material I needed would be shipped as quickly as possible so as not to miss the date my installers were due to begin the project. I will definitely consult Jon on any future fencing projects I have!”

Although it has been a while since I purchased fencing products from you, I wanted to express in writing my appreciation for all of your support as I planned and executed a project to fence my river property. Without your help this relatively large do- it- yourself project would have been much more difficult.
As you will recall, I had contacted various local fencing contractors and obtained quotes for fencing my two acre property with commercial/industrial grade aluminum fence. As a part of my due diligence process, I phoned several internet suppliers to check pricing of the fencing materials without labor costs. When I talked to you, it was instantly clear that you knew fencing and that you would be able to help me with my project. Consequently, I decided to install the fence myself and purchased the materials from you including a 16’ special order gate with appropriate remote operating equipment.
I want to thank you for all your support as I executed the installation of the fence and gate. We had some problems, but you made them seem small. You were always available by phone and gave me prompt attention. If there was a manufacturer’s problem, you were able to connect me with the responsible individual in that company, not just customer support.
I have recommended you to others and will continue to do so. Please feel free to use me as a reference.

I kind of feel bad starting this with “dear potential customers”. I should probably have stated with “dear potential partner”… let me explain.
I have known Jon Mullender of Summit Fence Supply for 14 years now and have had the privilege of working with him for 10 or 11 of those years during my career in the fence industry.
We all like to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, friendly, and respects you as a person. I know that I do. You will be treated with courtesy and respect at Summit Fence Supply because you are more than just a potential customer – you are a person. From your initial contact to the completion of your project, you will be glad that you partnered with Summit Fence. Sounds like I’m feeding you a line, huh? I can only say what I have because I have observed first-hand how Jon treats people. I have seen him go far beyond the scope of what was required to assure the success of a customer’s project.
There are some businesses and sales staff out there that do what they have to do to secure your order. From that point on, any contact must be initiated by you, the customer. Not so with Jon. He will treat you with the same courtesy and respect from start to finish. I could probably keep writing for hours, but I think you got the idea.
